Vi har pratat om att hur viktigt det är att försäkra sig om att ha en bra kultur i företaget för att nå framgång. Men att ha en bra kultur betyder också att man måste ha en bra affärsetik som dock inte skiljer sig nämnvärt från den etik vi behöver ha i alla relationer.
Robert Moment, som är en coach liksom jag, har skrivit en bra artikel om 7 principer i affärsetiken, 7 Principles of Admirable Business Ethics.
Han skriver:One of the most important attributes for small business success, is the distinguishing quality of practicing admirable business ethics. Business ethics, practiced throughout the deepest layers of a company, become the heart and soul of the company’s culture and can mean the difference between success and failure.
The Director of IBE,The Institute of Business Ethics, Philippa Foster Black, slår fast att: ”Not only is ethical behaviour in business life the right thing to do in principle, we have shown that it pays off in financial returns.”
